Historic sewall hall renovation

Historic Sewall Hall was one of the flagship Klauder buildings built on the CU campus. The complex renovation involved 14,000 GSF on three floors and was opened to students in August 2007. Preserving the historic integrity throughout building was an achieved goal of the project.

The design accommodates a market place servery format with new servery, dining rooms, basement preparation kitchen, a convenience store with outside access and visibility, and an expanded and updated refrigerated storage capacity for “just in time” deliveries.
