Nelson residence hall

The project consists of a five-story building above two levels of below grade parking. The architectural style and construction quality are in keeping with the other buildings of the campus. Built of red brick and copper roof, Nelson Hall is distinguished by its 30-foot spire built of steel and bright copper cladding and the interior courtyard open to the sky.

The 8,500 SF dining facility with a 700 persons meal plan is designed to function as a dining nucleus for Nelson Hall as well as several adjacent dormitories. In addition to the main dining hall, a private dining room is included.

Project completed in collaboration with the University of Denver Campus Architect's Office.
